Explanation of Recent Inactivity

One of those things, I have a blog but dont update it which I do appoligize. But my explaination - Moved across the country twice... Victoria to Ontairo, Ontario to Edmonton.Which is where I reside now. Also Europe backpack 6 weeks amazing trip!! Lots of beer and adventures hit most of the countries!! Thirdly shipping personal belongings. Beer stuff should be here shortly :) I can start brewing. But for now cheers!

My First Stout

So today 12/3/2012 I brewed my second batch of beer ever. Once again using the Brewhouse Kit. As I easy my way into the brewing world. So I chose a Stout.

So my SG was 1.046.

Also a side note the box beside is some of my first that I am letting condition longer. I have the rest in the fridge and enjoying them.
